2 pm THE ROAD: Constructing the Alaska Highway virtual exhibition launch Join us for a live demonstration as we launch a new website based on one of our most popular exhibitions, THE ROAD: Constructing the Alaska Highway. Produced in partnership with the Heritage Community Foundation and funded by the Community Initiatives Program of the Alberta Lotteries Fund.
2 pm Tour of the exhibition The Works of a Renaissance Master: The Prints of Albrecht Dürer from the National Gallery of Canada with Gallery Educators
1-4pm Print Masterpieces Detailed lines, careful descriptions of the figure and multiple images; master printmaker Albrecht Durer will provide the inspiration for fun printmaking activities and processes. Create your own limited edition while working with a variety of weighted papers, block printing inks and brayers.
